Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Linemate (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Details you send us. When you fill in the contact form or book a call, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, business name, email, phone number and message.
• Basic usage data. If analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find the site. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
• The time calculator. Numbers you enter in the calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange the call you asked for.
• To prepare for and deliver work you hire us to do.
• To understand and improve the website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business, such as our website host (which processes form submissions), our scheduling tool and our email provider. They only process your information to provide their service to us.

Client data

When we work on your business systems, your data stays in accounts you own. We recommend business plans of AI tools that do not train on your data, and we only access what is needed for the work. Details are covered in each client agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting mason@linematehq.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
