Why do you charge for the audit?
Because it’s real work: interviews, mapping your tasks and costing each one. You get a written report you can act on with or without us. And the full $750 comes off your first build, so if you go ahead, it’s effectively free.
What does “fixed quote” mean?
Before we build anything you get one price for the agreed scope. If it takes us longer than we expected, that’s on us. If you want to add something new halfway through, we quote that separately before doing it.
Are there software costs on top?
Sometimes. Many builds run on tools you already pay for. Where an automation needs something like Zapier, Make or a business AI plan, we tell you the monthly cost in the audit, before you commit. You pay those vendors directly and own the accounts.
How do payments work?
The audit is paid up front. Builds are typically half to start and half on install. Support is billed monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
