Hi, I’m Mason. I started Linemate because small businesses are being told AI will change everything, and almost nobody is showing them what to actually do on Monday morning.
I run a small service business in Minnesota myself, so I know where the week goes: the same customer questions, the follow-ups that slip, the invoices that need a nudge, the notes that never get typed up. That work matters, but it shouldn’t take a third of somebody’s job.
