What does Linemate actually do?
We find the repetitive admin that eats your team’s week, like answering the same questions, chasing paperwork and following up on leads, and we build AI-powered automations that handle it. Then we train your team and keep it running.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We do the technical work. You tell us how your business runs, approve what we build, and we hand it over with a plain-English guide.
What size of business do you work with?
Teams of roughly 2 to 50 people, in any industry. The sweet spot is a business where a few people spend hours each week on the same tasks.
Will I have to switch software?
Almost never. We build on the email, calendar, booking, CRM and accounting tools you already use. If something you have can’t do the job, we’ll tell you and suggest the simplest option.
Is my customer data safe?
We only use business plans of AI tools that don’t train on your data, everything lives in accounts you own, and anything customer-facing keeps a human review step. If you handle regulated data, we flag it before building anything.
How much does it cost?
The first call is free. The AI Workflow Audit is $750, and that fee is credited toward your first build. Builds start at $2,500 per workflow with a fixed quote before we start, so there are no surprise invoices.
How long does a build take?
Most standard automations take one to three weeks from approval to install, depending on how quickly we can get access to your tools. You’ll get a date with your quote.
What if it breaks or my tools change?
Every build comes with a handover guide that shows you how to pause it. For hands-off peace of mind, ongoing support starts at $500 a month and covers fixes and small changes.
Will AI replace my staff?
That isn’t the goal. The goal is to take the copy-paste and chasing off your team’s plate so they spend their time on customers and the work only they can do.
