Where the hours go

You didn’t start a business to copy, paste and chase.

In most small teams, a handful of people quietly lose hours every week to the same few jobs. None of them is hard. Together they add up to a part-time salary.

Answering the same questions

Hours, prices, “do you do…?”, “where’s my order?” Typed out fresh, every single time.

Leads that go cold

A form comes in at 8pm or a call gets missed, and by morning they’ve booked someone faster.

Chasing paperwork and payments

Reminder emails for documents, signatures and unpaid invoices, sent by hand and easy to forget.

Typing up meetings

Notes turned into recap emails and to-do lists after every call, usually late in the day.

Asking for reviews

Everyone agrees reviews matter. Nobody has time to ask each happy customer.

Copy, paste, re-enter

The same details keyed into the inbox, the calendar, the CRM and the invoice.

What we build

Proven automations, tuned to how you work.

We start from a menu of automations that are quick to build and easy to look after, then shape each one around your tools, your rules and your voice. Need something custom? We’ll scope it honestly.

Speed-to-lead responder

Every web form or email lead gets a helpful reply within minutes, with your booking link. You get pinged with the details.

Great for: Anyone who sells to new customers

Missed-call text-back

Miss a call and the caller gets a friendly text with a way to book or a promise of a callback, so they don’t dial the next name on Google.

Great for: Trades, clinics, salons, shops

Review requester

When a job is marked done, the customer gets a short thank-you with your review link, and one polite reminder.

Great for: Local service businesses

Document and payment chaser

Scheduled, courteous reminders until the documents arrive or the invoice is paid. Stops on its own when they do.

Great for: Accountants, agencies, contractors

Meeting notes to follow-up

Your notes or call transcript become a recap email draft and a task list, ready for you to check and send.

Great for: Consultants, sales teams, project leads

FAQ assistant

Drafts answers to common questions from an FAQ you approve, on your website chat or inbox, and hands anything tricky to a person.

Great for: Busy front desks and inboxes

Content engine

One short brief becomes a week of social posts and a promo email, waiting for your approval.

Great for: Owners who keep meaning to post

What does Linemate actually do?

We find the repetitive admin that eats your team’s week, like answering the same questions, chasing paperwork and following up on leads, and we build AI-powered automations that handle it. Then we train your team and keep it running.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We do the technical work. You tell us how your business runs, approve what we build, and we hand it over with a plain-English guide.

What size of business do you work with?

Teams of roughly 2 to 50 people, in any industry. The sweet spot is a business where a few people spend hours each week on the same tasks.

Will I have to switch software?

Almost never. We build on the email, calendar, booking, CRM and accounting tools you already use. If something you have can’t do the job, we’ll tell you and suggest the simplest option.

Is my customer data safe?

We only use business plans of AI tools that don’t train on your data, everything lives in accounts you own, and anything customer-facing keeps a human review step. If you handle regulated data, we flag it before building anything.

How much does it cost?

The first call is free. The AI Workflow Audit is $750, and that fee is credited toward your first build. Builds start at $2,500 per workflow with a fixed quote before we start, so there are no surprise invoices.
